I would like to take this opportunity to say Hi and welcome to all our Regulars, Guest , and passer by's to the #Lonely_Hearts_Club. Some background on me....I am a 62 yr old male ...living in Arkansas... I retired from the Military service in 1978.......I have a BS degree in Computer Science...and have been working for a firm in town as a Technical Advisor...Computer Consultant and Dept. head for the Computer area.... While in the Military I Programmed and worked on the large mainframe computer systems....and after I retired ...stepped into the PC type systems

For quite a few years ...before the internet....I ran a Bulletin Board System... This is where I first met a young lady ..you all know as SweetLips....We have been very close friends for several years.............

Our friendship spilled over into the internet scene.....and eventually spurred the creation of this channel on MIRC..... Sweet and I worked a lot of hours on this project and with the help of many new friends we met on the net......we are where we are today.....

Mine and SweetLips wishes is that all that come to the channel will find the welcome mat out for them....and that they will stop and visit as often as they can...Many lonely ppl have found love, friendship and a place in the niche for themselves.....we hope you will too....

Well this thing is getting long winded...but I do have one thing left that has to be said........Sweet and I are very very very fortunate to have so many super channel friends ...and I think most of them know who they are.....the list would be to long to put here....... I just want to not be remiss........and say THANKS TO YOU ALL

Let me leave you with this.......................... Given the choice of RICHES or one good FRIEND............................ Let me tell you my choice is without a doubt .....the FRIEND... When you have a friend .....You are very RICH......
